Terms and Conditions

Art. 1 – Website owner

The website www.tecnocontrolsrl.com (the "Website") is operated by Tecnocontrol S.r.l., Via Domenico Scarlatti 2, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. IT02212751206, tel. +39 051 6166249, e-mail sede@tecnocontrolsrl.com, certified e-mail (PEC) amm@pec.tecnocontrolsrl.com ("Tecnocontrol").

"User" means anyone who visits or uses the Website.

Art. 2 – Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Website. By browsing the Website the User accepts them; anyone who does not accept them is asked not to use it.

The Website is for information purposes only and presents Tecnocontrol's business. It does not allow online purchases, orders or payments.

Art. 3 – Website content

Descriptions, images, technical data sheets and features of products and services are provided for information only. They do not constitute an offer to the public under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, nor any contractual commitment.

Tecnocontrol keeps the content up to date with care, but does not guarantee that it is always complete, accurate or current. Manufacturers and suppliers may change products without notice. Any supply of products or services is governed exclusively by the written agreements between Tecnocontrol and the customer.

Art. 4 – Contact forms and requests

Requests sent through the Website's forms (for example Special Request) are only meant to put the User in contact with Tecnocontrol. They do not constitute an order and do not bind either the User or Tecnocontrol.

The User undertakes to provide truthful data and not to enter third-party data without being entitled to do so.

Art. 5 – Registration and Reserved Area

The Reserved Area, which contains price lists for products and analyses, is accessible to registered users only. Registration is restricted to companies, organisations and professionals holding a VAT number.

To register, the User provides first name, last name or company name, e-mail address, password and VAT number, and accepts these Terms and the privacy notice. The User warrants that the data are true and up to date and that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company indicated.

Tecnocontrol may verify the data and refuse, suspend or revoke registration at its discretion, in particular in case of untruthful data, improper use of the content or breach of these Terms.

Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. The User is responsible for keeping them safe and for any access made with them, and shall promptly notify Tecnocontrol of any unauthorised use.

The content of the Reserved Area, including price lists and prices, is confidential. It may not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than dealings with Tecnocontrol. It is indicative only, may change without notice and does not constitute an offer.

The User may request deletion of their account at any time by writing to sede@tecnocontrolsrl.com.

Art. 6 – Rules of use

The User undertakes to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access;

  • extract content in bulk or by automated means;

  • transmit unlawful, offensive or harmful content through the Website (viruses, spam and the like).

Tecnocontrol may suspend or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, even without notice.

Art. 7 – Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos, images, videos and documents on the Website belong to Tecnocontrol or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The trademarks of the manufacturers presented on the Website belong to their respective owners.

Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without Tecnocontrol's written consent, except for personal use and quotation with acknowledgement of the source.

Art. 8 – Links to external websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including remet.it and LinkedIn. Tecnocontrol does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or their processing of personal data.

Art. 9 – Limitation of liability

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Tecnocontrol is not liable for damage arising from:

  • the use of information published on the Website;

  • interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Website;

  • viruses or malfunctions of the User's systems;

  • the content of linked external websites.

Art. 10 – Privacy and cookies

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as described in the Website's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Art. 11 – Changes

Tecnocontrol may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page. Changes take effect from the date of publication.

Art. 12 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Bologna has jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law mandatorily provides for a different court.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

In case of discrepancy between the Italian and English versions, the Italian version prevails.
