The “Robomet 5.0” system represents the ideal solution for metallographic laboratories aiming to obtain perfectly prepared samples in extremely short timeframes, while eliminating the need for specialized operator intervention.
Thanks to the use of Akasel diamond consumables and fully programmable PLC-controlled cycles, Robomet 5.0 automatically performs grinding and polishing operations in just 3–4 steps, ensuring high-quality surfaces ready for microscopic analysis following standard chemical etching.
The machine is equipped with four independent working stations, over which the specimen holder head moves automatically, ensuring a continuous, repeatable, and highly efficient process.
