PREPARATION AKASEL WE ARE AKASEL DISTRIBUTORS FOR ITALY The AKASEL preparation consists of a series of simple steps that, depending on the material to be prepared, use diamond disks for smoothing and cloths with diamond suspensions or special oxides for polishing placed on a magnetic disk that makes their replacement quick and easy. Normally the preparation cycle, from the cutting surface to the final one for observation under the microscope, consists of 3-4 steps against the 6-8 steps of traditional methods and also the times for each step are halved, improving both the flatness and the surface finish of the samples. The Akasel method can be applied to all manual and especially automatic cleaners of any brand using a single work disk on which a magnetic disk with an adhesive bottom is applied. It is also worth noting that this innovative method perfectly complies with ecological standards as it reduces the materials to be disposed of to a minimum.
